Pricing FAQ
- Do I need to provide an OpenAI API key?
- No. SecureFlow is a fully hosted service — our AI is built in. You just sign up and start using it. You never need to configure any API keys.
- What counts as an AI-generated answer?
- Each time the AI drafts a response to one questionnaire row, that counts as one AI generation. Editing, approving, and exporting answers do not count.
- Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
- Yes. You can upgrade from Free to Starter at any time from the Billing page inside the app. You can cancel your subscription at any time — your plan continues until the end of the billing period.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. No bank transfer or invoice options on the Starter plan — contact us for the Custom tier.
- Is my data secure?
- All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Your uploaded documents are stored privately and never shared with other tenants. See our Security page for details.
- What happens if I hit my monthly limit?
- The app will notify you when you approach your limit and block new AI generations once it is reached. Your existing drafts and exports are unaffected. Upgrade any time to continue.
