No certification or guarantee
SecureFlow does not certify compliance with SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, PCI DSS, or any other framework. Use of the Offerings does not imply endorsement by any standards body or regulator. We make no guarantee that outputs will be accepted by your customers, auditors, or partners.
AI outputs
Artificial intelligence can produce incorrect, outdated, or misleading text (“hallucinations”). All generated questionnaire responses, summaries, and citations require human review. You are responsible for verifying accuracy against your actual controls, policies, and facts before submission to third parties.
Questionnaires and customer submissions
You alone decide what to send to prospects, customers, or regulators. SecureFlow is not a party to your contracts and is not responsible for disputes arising from answers you submit, omit, or modify.
Third-party reliance
Third parties who access your published materials do so at their own risk. Do not rely on the Offerings as the sole source of assurance for security or privacy practices.
Service limitations
The Service is under continuous development and improvement. Features, behaviour, and availability may change. As with any software, data loss, downtime, or unexpected behaviour is possible — plan backups and controls appropriate to your risk tolerance. See our Terms of Service for contractual details.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SecureFlow and its operators disclaim liability for any damages arising from use of or reliance on the Offerings, including indirect or consequential damages. See the Terms of Service for binding contractual limitations.
